Several Parishioners from St Margaret Clitherow parish enjoyed a festive meal at the Old Boathouse in Astley.
A big thank you to Mark and Team for hosting the Christmas Parish lunch and to Des for organising the event.

Christmas Fayres:
St Edmund Arrowsmith Christmas Fair will be held on Saturday 29th November 1.00pm in St Joseph’s Parish Hall. This year’s Christmas Fair has raised £1,221.40 I would like to thank the Christmas Fair Committee for all their hard work, for everyone who had stalls on the
day, for all those who donated gifts, to the Leigh Community Choir who provided beautiful singing and all those who came and supported our Christmas Fair.
Sacred Heart (Hindley Green) Christmas Fayre was held on Sunday 22 November 2025. Another thank you! to all involved in the Christmas Fayre at Sacred Heart a grand total of £1500 was raised for church and school funds.
St Richards Christmas Fayre was held on 30th November 2025. Thank you to all involved in the Christmas Fayre last weekend, especially all who donated, planned and helped in any way. We raised the grand total of £2060 for charity. Thanks again
